A customer profile is created when you order the first time with AntaHairBraiding.com. Anta will travel to you in Bronx, Brooklyn, Staten Island and Manhattan at your home, airnbnb or hotel to do your hair. The © SpaHairBraiding technique is used to braid you.
Your personal info is needed for your booking and a client profile is created for you. This also makes it easier for you to book next time and get special discount and promotions. On our website antahairbraiding.com you are visiting sign up with your:
First Name, last Name, Cell Phone, Email, Home address.
Note we travel to Bronx, Brooklyn & Manhattan.
Once you sign up go to our booking page and choose you Style, Length, Color & Size.
Add your address you want us to come to. If ordering product please add your shipping address if different from the address you are getting service from. Remember we service Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn for the time being. If you book from an area we don't service your order wont be processed or charge the card you input. You will get an email letting you know if your appointment is set in stone or if it needs rearranging due to small details e need to adjust for a successful session and style.
If all is set the requested date and style is approves and your card charged even if you placed an order online and put your card in that has been authorized and money taken from your card we still process it only when all is set and well. If not its returned to your card imediatly before process. For refunds of cancelled appointment of customers this takes about 5-7 business days depending of the card. Sometimes faster.
Your info is only used to come service you , communicate and bill you for your order request. We never share it with anyone or allow any third parties to use your data from us.
Your payment only includes the installation of the style ordered and not retouching or removal of hair or any other service. For synthetic box braids, twists, crochet synthetic hair is included unless you want curly hair twists wen we charge extra $36 to $42 for the more expensive hair.
Once you book your appointment here is how to prep your hair. On the day of service please leave room for travel delay and take the time off when doing your braids to not rush your stylist and service to get the best result possible.
With the spa hair braiding technique you will lay down on your sofa and bed relaxed while getting your braids made with minimal pain and tension on your healthy scalp. Its effortless and very relaxing on healthy individuals.
If you are using someone else' s credit card to pay for your service it must be an authorized transaction in writing and signed by the card holder. Please get an authorization letter to have card holder fill out sign and scan to email to us .
*If you book your appointment and would like to change your date you can reschedule the date up to 60 days. Reschedule a date available on the calendar.

We do not repair other companies braids and repair our own style only. You will need a new do if you are not happy with a style you receive from someone else.
On the day of service with your order type we' ll wash, deep conditioning, dry your hair for you. Also add a courtesy hair treatment to help your natural hair.
The ©SpaHairBraiding technique we use for your order. You lay down on your sofa or bed and Anta braids your hair.
We will contact you the day of service when on our way about 2 hours prior. Please leave room for week end travel issues if coming far from you.

PRICING:
The price on items may change sometimes but rarely. When a sale is happening or on holidays. Its recommended to book in advance to be included in our schedule.
All deals related to your order are for this one-time service you paid for and not extended to any other orders you make. If given a price when you make your order but then change the style in any way, you may have to pay a different price.
*Note: Its best to prepare your order and research the style you really want and have a clear idea of how to get it before choosing it and ordering it. We advise you also book in advance, this way you will avoid an impulse order that may not be exactly what you want or need. Also, this may be disturbing the regular schedule and affect the planned and arranged appointment of other customers we already have in place on our calendar.
REFUND/POLICY:
We don't refund on the hair installation in cash, credit, or via claims. We do spend time consulting and asking you key elements to make sure your hair is right when you are booking and consulting and rehash with you on the day of service with length, size and all details obtained from your order. We are flexible with accomodating possible changes last minutes but if they are not possible your order is what we are hired to do. We advise you on hair, styles, time periods to keep it and gives you advice based on our experience. We also put labor on doing your hair and once we make the install we can't refund any part of your money because you can't refund the labor braider already put into it to her. Cancellation may get a partial refund if you pay the full price in advance and your hair did not get done. You must pay your deposit and cancellation fee with each order you make and if for some reason you forget to pay it after confirming your booking online then cancel after you will be billed via email, mail, or text.
If something happened that is caused by outside variables like traveling to you and arriving late due to transit and prior customers extension of their services time the day of service, GETTING you the wrong hair you agree to install or style and we find it you deserve a discount for the inconvenience we'll give you 5 to 10 percent discount for it but no more than 10% can be issued.
*Note: If you are on a rush to be somewhere right after your braids and want to braid your hair on a time crunch we are not the proper service for you. We do not do rush orders and our service is more of a relaxed experience altogether.
We consult and advise you for free for your initial order. Just use the 15 mn period to order your style and make your deposit to close your consultation ticket and set up your appointment. After your consultation we advise to not be texting us all day and everyday about your appointment. We appreciate you consult, order and get confirmed. The day of service You will get a text when on the way.

We travel and service the areas of the Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Island, and Brooklyn. Areas we access easily and work for our scheduling.
We are focusing on these locations for now and hope to grow organically without the meddling of a third party attempting to do what we are doing in other places without franchise authorizations. rom here to every other borough and state.
This is important to the concept we started and very much needed for the American people. So it is not to have AntaBraids or simulation of it at other locations yet.
Our base is in Harlem at 21 Convent ave #5 NY NY 10027 . Please do not walk in to our mailing address its not a salon and just our business location. Our model of business is for you to be at home, studio, hotel, friends place or any location you are authorized to get your hair done. We book hair sessions per appointment only coming to you.
BOOKING DATES & TIMES:
Same day bookings may not be available unless there is the cancellation of a spot that miraculously become available. Most days are supposed to be booked already so please respect your date and time chosen and approved in advance. Last-minute booking is possible only if time and date happen to be miraculously available and not something opened waiting to be filled last mn. We do not seat around waiting for just you to call and have our schedule opened for other bookings that will occupy the other times we have not given you for your hair appointment. We are busy doing hair and it's our business. We are supposed to be busy during the week and especially on weekends so have that in consideration when booking, changing your dates multiple times or such. We never cancel our appointments once set up for sure and expect the same from you. If you must cancel after booking you have the option to make your cancellation payment if you have not yet already done so. Because we reserved that time for you and most likely will not be able to fill it as we prefer bookings a week ahead.
NOTES: We do text and email bookings in writing or on the form on our site booking link.
*If you book directly here on the calendar showing below without texting us first at 646 580 7204 to coordinate and agree on the time and date, we may or may not be available for the dates you picked on your own. It's perfectly fine just expect we text or email you to confirm your booking made on the calendar and let you know if it's possible or not.
*If you call instead of texting or email we'll text you back eventually and follow up with you when we can. The best is to text us first. Book online second.
HAIR EXTENSIONS:
We can advise you for our preference of hair, press, texture, and brand based on our preference of the moment and as the result of consulting with you. Some styles you order we ll bring hair to make sure it looks right. Why we need you to pick the type of braids from the pictures we list on our site. The choice is up to you for what you are trying to achieve. If you happen to purchase hair that does not work for us experience but this is not for a rating of the best hair in the market or we would like to own the brand or section of it.
DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION FEE:
After texting 646 580 7204 or 646 694 2682 or 347 770 6909 or 347 766 8929 and agreeing on the date, time, and hair details we make you an invoice from AntaHairBraiding.com to pay upon receipt .After booking your appointment you will receive a final email confirmation where you will need to make your appropriate cancellation/deposit payment fee of $45 to $250 depending on how much your total service and style is in order to completely lock the date confirmed. Without this payment, your appointment is not secure. Someone else with a deposit made is 1st in place.
Commercial gigs have a different price range and bracket for payment, for the deposit amount and usage agreement.
YOUR HAIR STATE BEFORE BRAIDS INSTALLATION:
Before installation of your braids, we request you wash, deep condition, and blow-dry your hair (if you do not like to apply heat on your hair it's fine, regular air drying works as well). The most we will recommend if you must add something is just light hair lotion and nothing else. We are braiding your hair and its completely different from hair processing treatment or hair texture processing. We braid with water (h20) most of the time and not oils or chemical product mixtures. TIME OF SERVICE:
Monday -Sunday 11 am - 9 pm we start traveling to you and doing your hair from that time on depending on where you are and we are coming from in the zones we cover we can start maybe later or finish later than initially planned due to travel time and arrangement or plans we made prior than did not go as plan.
The average delay is 30mn to a 40mn if traffic or previous client delay happens. We will always let you know about when our arrival is. Braiding is an art and not robotic science and we go by the obstacles presented to us. If all is well its very fast but if the braider encounter issues like tangled back hair ( hair that is detangled and immediately tangled back and needs to be detangled constantly for example) it's going to take a little longer.
REVISITING:
After doing your hair to your satisfaction and leaving your home, hotel, studio, or authorized friend's place we are set up to only come back 3 weeks later and onward. We do not come back the next day to change or correct anything you find unsatisfactory aftermath or don't like anymore about the hair.
If you need to refresh your style a month after install its doable for half the price of the install. Refresh are perimeters and parts of the braids. For crochet braids its best to redo it all unless it s single crochet braids.
Note braids don't look the same the first day you got them to the day you take them out. They aged and go from new to old. And can get the different stages of the braids to look. With trends and dyi you get nice braids that dont last as long as the original techniques. Some braids like passion twists and twist on soft hair slides but we have techniques that avoid all that.

Then you receive an automatic email right after that tells you we received your message and after we review all the details we discussed with you plus your online booking input details, we then send you a final confirmation with a link to our terms of service and link to pay a deposit cancellation fee inside the final confirmation email. You will receive a receipt automatically after making your payment. And you will be set up to receiving your hair service. The deposit/cancellation fee is not refundable. But you will have the opportunity to reschedule one more time in the following 14 days if you miss your appointment set up.

Hair Removal & Maintenance
We charge for installation and not included removing your hair.
We do not have to remove your hair. we charge you for install. removal of hair payment is not substantial enough to make a trip to you. It's ok when you do your hair with us and we redoing your hair for us to provide your hair removal service with a fee if you notify us in advance.
Products & Ownership:
For weaves, we can provide your hair extensions from our online hair store if you pay your hair invoice prior. During your consultation to 646 580 7204 or consultation email to antahairbraiding@gmail.com Please ask for this option and we'll let you know or advise you on hair you can buy. Note that if you are a buyer from investment firms handling our assets in parallel, we do not authorize you to use information about our consultation or hair session to make money of it. You need to pay 90% of all money you ever make from us and prevent us from making. This applies to all fees and all money you make in any of our assets outside of our hair session. Brands who use our techniques or assets to create products and business resulting from collecting data and info from our proposed services and unwanted consulting, braiding session blueprint (owned by Anta Niang) need to pay us 90% of their profits and if they fail to launch it correctly damages of what it could have been for using our talent.
Constant use of your phone and distraction is not recommended especially when moving your hair left and right while we are braiding your hair. We don't expect you still but you just work with your braider. Please do not purchase hair from companies or people or spend our bank at any point.
Art Of Braiding:
Braiding is an art. It's not chemistry but actually physics. We have years of braiding practice. Over 35 years of experience in the Wolof tribe from Senegal. The creators of braids 1000 s of years ago. It's a skill handed from generation to generation and not taught in schools in Senegal. You learn growing up like you learn to cook. Technics are used in many ways and today we take all that and make modern art with it at AntaBraids. What's modern about this is the lack of pain we are known for.
